Refund policy

Final sale: t-shirts and hats. Because our t-shirts and hats are made in limited runs, all t-shirt and hat sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Polos: 10-day returns. Polos can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email sales@frontierismshop.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, including final-sale items, so we can make it right.

Refunds. Once we inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
